We provide sincere, accurate and effective quality services maintaining a fair and transparent fees policy. Our fees for the immigration services are as follows:

• Initial Consultation: This is necessary to have a clear idea on your legal issues   and often runs over 45 minutes. Our fee for the initial consultation is £100.
• Fees and disbursements to third parties: There are often costs involved in your application where you need to pay third parties during your application process. These include interpreters fee, Home Office fee, Immigration Health Surcharge, User fee, Court Fee, Counsel Fee, Independent Expert Fee,  etc. You are required to pay these expenses and these are not included in our fee.
• Document checks: £500

Your matter will be dealt with by one of our immigration solicitors who will be introduced to you including their full background, qualification, and experience. 

You can instruct us based on fixed fee basis. This can be discussed at your initial consultation based on the complexity of your matter and the amount of work involved. Primarily, our standard fees are as follows:

• All types of entry clearance applications e.g., as a partner of a British Citizen or a settled person: £850-£1,250
• All types of Human Rights applications including 20 years route, 7 years child route and under Rule EX1: £1,500- £2,500
• Student visa applications: £600-£800
• Family visitor applications: £700-£900
• All types of point-based entry clearance applications including Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 5 and other work visas: £1,200 – £1,800
• All types of further leave to remain applications: £800 – £1,250
• All types of settlement applications: £1,200-£1,500
• All types of British Citizenship applications including AN, MN1: £650-£1,000
• British passport applications: £500-£650
• NTL applications: £500-£600
• Our Fees for appeal process:
• Pre-action protocol stage: £750-£1,000
• Judicial Review stage: £2,500-£3,000
• Appeal to First-Tier Tribunal : £1,500-£2,000
• Asylum applications: £2,500 – £5,000
• Graduate Route applications: £1,000
• Application under Start-up Route: £2,500 – £5,000
• Sponsor license applications: £2,000 – £3,000

No fixed fee all services are charged at hourly rate of the expert.
